SPECSAVERS OPTICAS’ new store in Guardamar was officially opened by Mayor Carmen Verdu, who did the honour of cutting the ribbon.
The store was then ceremoniously blessed by the Parish Priest of Guardamar, Reyes Rodriguez, which gave a good start to the store’s future.
Mayor Verdu explains why Specsavers, an international company, arriving in Guardamar is important for the town.
“The new store opening is a great opportunity for the expat residents and local Spanish people to join together in benefitting from Specsavers’ clear prices and excellent value for money.
Store directors Francisco Manuel Jurado Alonso and Lisa James are keen to help us carry out local development projects by creating jobs directly and indirectly.”
