THE Baleares anti-corruption prosecutor, Pedro Horrach, has said that Princess Cristina will not be charged in the ‘Noos’ case because there is no evidence against her.
The Infanta was involved with the Noos Institute of which her husband, Iñaki Urdangarin, was president, but the prosecutor has said there is no evidence to suggest she had any knowledge of the alleged embezzlement of €5.8 million. He also said that Urdangarin would not be called to testify again unless new evidence appeared. However, he and his former associate, Diego Torres, will have to pay a civil bond.
