JELLYFISH have reportedly returned to the beaches of Nerja and Velez-Malaga, leading lifeguards to hoist the yellow flags.
The Red Cross report that they have had to give First Aid to dozens of people who have been stung by jellyfish. Experts stay that the high number of jellyfish in the area this summer is due to the lack of rain in winter and spring, the high temperatures and the lack of natural predators in the area.
