Torrevieja’s Autumn Programme

AUTUMN’S Cultural Programme for Torrevieja is now available from the town hall, public buildings and tourism offices around the city. The varied events were put together to appeal to both the Spanish and international community.

Highlights include performances of Little Red Riding Hood, The Magic of Oz and Los Lunnis for the children, and classical music and dance, choirs, orchestras, rock bands and classic voices for adults.

There are also exhibitions, workshops and classes with some famous Spanish house-hold names. The programme covers events in October, November and December as well as a few 2013 events.

There is a new monthly English-language version of the Cultural Programme called Torrevieja Today. For those that maybe don’t understand too much Spanish, a new monthly English- language version of the cultural programme, called Torrevieja Today will also be available at the town hall, office for international residents and selected outlets, from October 1. 

Meanwhile, there are a host of fundraising events for Help at Home (HAH) over the coming days. A Charity Fun Night, 6.30pm tomorrow (Friday) in La Concha Urbanisation and The Pistoleros Presentation Country and Western event on Saturday, at 7.30pm at El Rancho Los Montesinos to name a few.
