FULL SERVICE: Items, drugs and money seized by the police from this all-kinds-of-crime gang.
A TOTAL of 18 people (17 Romanian, 1 Latvian) were held for alleged drug dealing and violent robberies in different locations of the Alicante province. Police sources also said that some of them forced their couples to prostitution and eventually they had tried to sell them to other procurers. Cooperation with Romanian authorities also avoided that women from this country were sent to Spain for sexual exploitation, as planned by those held. The gang focused their crime activities in Industrial Areas of Elche, Alicante, Aspe, Crevillente and Guardamar del Segura. They were also held responsible for stealing petrol from power generators in phone mast towers, as well as agriculture products.
