FEEDING stray animals and pigeons in the streets of Malaga will be fined. Not picking a pet’s poo from the ground will also be charged with a €75 to €500 fine.
These are some of the new rules passed by the local board in Malaga city, in order to avoid unmannered behaviour. Rules also make a mention to the ‘inadequate use of public areas,’ the regulations say. In this sense, those who ask for sexual services may be fined up to €1,500, while prostitutes will be fined up to €750 whenever they offer their services. However, prostitutes will be able to commute their sentence attending to courses and doing probation services for the community.
