THE RIGHT CHOICE: Choosing fruit over pills

SPENDING on vitamins has dropped as more people are shunning the expensive health supplements to save money and going back to cheaper fruit and vegetables.
According to market analysts Mintel, just 35 per cent of Britons still take vitamin supplements regularly, a fall from 41 per cent in 2008.
