Specsavers opens in central Marbella

MARBELLA mayor Angeles Muñoz joined 50 local business people to open the new Specsavers store on Ricardo Soriano.

The Mayor congratulated Store Directors Nerea Galdos and Leighton Griffiths and thanked them on behalf of the community of Marbella for opening there and creating employment. She was given a tour of the store and shown the Fundus camera, a way to take images of the back of the eye to identify important health issues including high blood pressure and brain tumours. She met representatives of cancer charity AECC who have been chosen as the Marbella Specsavers’ charity for supporting over the next year.
