FAT CAT: Refrain from feeding your feline treats
OBESE cats are becoming increasingly common. In the wild, they eat mainly meat from a kill, but pet cats eat high carbohydrate foods including biscuits, cookies and bread. Even most formulated cat foods are high in fats. Complications from feline obesity are one of the leading causes of death or disability. Visit your vet to rule out other causes before putting the animal on a diet.
