STRONG RESOLUTION: Glynis aims to lose 14kg and to raise kilos of food.

GLYNIS GERMAN welcomes the New Year with a pragmatic resolution to help herself by helping others.

As the Christmas festivities end and people are feeling bloated, Glynis, PR and Marketing Manager for Planet Space, has decided to start her New Year with a pragmatic action, by starting an initiative, ‘Kilos for Food’, to lose weight and collect food for the needy.

Glynis German has committed to losing 10 kilos to start with during the next three months, and for every kilo she loses, she wants to collect kilos of food for the project currently run by Mediterranea NGO by engaging friends, clients and the general public.

“I was looking for a strong motivation to lose weight,” explains Glynis German “and what better motivation than to help others by this simple action, which I make publicly to reaffirm my commitment with this New Year’s resolution,” she adds.  Glynis’ goal is to lose 14kgs by the summer.

Non-perishable food items can be delivered at collection points at two of the three Planet Space Self Storage locations – in Son Castelló and in Son Bugadellas. More information on www.planetspace.es
