UNTOUCHED: waiting for Denia’s next PGOU.
THIRTY people a day visit Denia town hall to inspect the new Urban Development Plan.
Only preliminary versions of the plan (PGOU) are on display in the Urban Development department, but the public is clearly interested, said councillor Pepa Font.
Bearing in mind that the PGOU documents have only recently been put on view, a daily 30 visitors “is a good number,” Font said.
Her department has not yet received written suggestions from the public, but this was normal, she said: “These are early days yet.”
Regarding the council’s provisional plan allowing key projects to go through before the PGOU is approved, Font advised caution. It was necessary to wait for a regional government’s decision first, she said.
