Unemployment continues to rise in Spain

Five million people are now registered as unemployed in Spain.

As the country remains stuck in the recession, the number of unemployed has jumped by 59,444 compared with January.

The collapse of the once thriving property sector is the main cause of the second recession in just over three years.
