Grand National on Saturday
VICTORY over reigning champions and arch-rivalsCity in the Manchester derby at Old Trafford this weekend, WILL effectively give United their 20th League title.
At the bottom end of the table, QPR play Wigan, Reading (with ex-Saints’ boss Nigel Adkins in charge) meet Southampton and Stoke take on Aston Villa.
In the Championship, the top games are Brighton-Leicester and Watford-Cardiff; it’s Doncaster-Tranmere and Swindon-Crewe in League 1 and Port Vale-Burton in League 2.
And in Scotland, Celtic should clinch the SPL title and Partick play Queen of the South in the Challenge Cup final.
Also, the first MotorGP race of 2013 takes place in Qatar, and Aintree stages the Grand National. My money’s on 10-1 shot Sea Bass (ridden by Katie Walsh) and 22-1 chance Ballabriggs (Jason Maguire) who won in 2011 and came 6th last year.
