Enrique Iglesias to appear Marbella’s Starlite Festival

INTERNATIONAL star Enrique Iglesias will perform in Marbella as part of the Starlite Festival this summer. His concert has been confirmed for August 17.

Iglesias said he was excited about the concert because he has never performed at such a small venue in Spain (just 2,500 people will be in the audience), which will bring him closer to his fans.

He also said he has great memories of Marbella, including his first kiss.

Enrique’s father, Julio Iglesias, will perform at the Starlite Gala on August 3.

Other confirmed artists are Jamie Cullum on July 27, Israeli singer Noa on July 28, Alejandro Sanz, on August 11, Malu, on August 14, Paco de Lucia on August 15 and Almeria-born singer David Bisbal will close the festival on August 24.

On August 2, there will also be a night which brings together Spain’s major pop singers from the 80’s and 90’s, such as Nacha Pop, Hombres G, Tequila, La Union and Tam Tam Go.
