Los Pastores Open Triples Competition 2013 in Almeria

THE Los Pastores Open Triples competition took place at Cabrera Lawn Bowling Club.

This competition is played as a Round Robin, but only eight ends are played or play must end after one hour for each game.

The winners of Group A were Christina and John Fitzgerald and Peter Steenstrup from Almeria Lawn Bowls Club and the winners of Group B were Sandra and Peter Marriott and Vic Holloway from Cabrera Lawn Bowling Club.

The Final of the competition took place between these two teams. Under sunny skies the Cabrera team took an early lead and steadily built on this. Spectators saw some very good bowling from both sides, with Cabrera establishing a very good win of 11 points to three.
