Mireia Belmonte
Mireia Belmonte has won her third medal at the fifteenth FINA World Championship Barcelona 2013.
Belmonte came second in the final of the 400 metre freestyle. This third medal will sit alongside the silver she has won for the 200 metre butterfly and bronze in the 200 metre freestyle.
For the Spanish delegation, she has won a total of twelve medals in total and this time round, it is reported she swam with a slight temperature and sore throat.
Belmonte, in the London 2012 Olympics won two medals, and is the first Spaniard to win three medals in the World Swimming Championship.
