Young British man slips and dies in Ibiza hotel room

After slipping and banging his head in the bathroom of his hotel bathroom, Christopher Briggs, 25, died.

The young British tourist was enjoying his summer break with seven other friends but after returning from a night out in the San Antonio party resort, he was found dead. The man’s parents had reportedly said that he was looking forward to this holiday for a year and called him their “wonderful” son.

The family are said to be receiving help from the British Consulate in Ibiza and the body is said to be flown home later this week. Mr Briggs reportedly said: ‘It is something you never think you will experience. It is devastating losing your son, but I have also lost the person I worked with every day. Nobody would say anything ill of him.”
