Traffic piling up
From Gibraltar right down to Cadiz’s La Linea, the traffic has returned to the state it saw itself not long ago. Queues of vehicles have come back and the ones waiting are there for two hours.
Reportedly over Monday night, there were slight traffic holdups, but by the morning everything was back to normal. However, when the controls started to take effect, everything changed and the traffic started to wait for two hours just to get into Gibraltar yet the ones exiting had no problem.
This means that anyone who is working in Gibraltar and living on the Spanish mainland is having a difficult time for example as they are having to wait for hours at a time and that means arriving to work late over what some have claimed is something so petty.
David Cameron has made his feelings clear on the matter about Gibraltar and he thought that he had come to some form of grounds with his Spanish, but judging by this, something further has to be done.
