UNEMPLOYMENT figures dropped dramatically in Almeria during October. A total of 3,853 almerienses abandoned the dole queue according to figures released by the Ministry of Employment.
The start of the autumn agricultural campaign and the contracts linked to the production of the movie Exodus have been key factors and have helped to give the economy of Almeria a slight lift.
