BIRDS PARK: Reopened after a year of refurbishment.
NEARLY 3,500 people visited Almuñecar’s Loro Sexi Bird Park on its reopening on Friday December 6. Visitors could see the refurbishment carried out at the premises, as well as new animals now dwelling in the park including lemurs, meerkats and kangaroos.
Almuñecar Mayor Trinidad Herrera attended the reopening ceremony together with the Councillor for Environment, Luis Aragon, and the park’s vet Bienvenido Pizarro.
