PRICE RISE: Property prices in the region have increased.
THE price of housing in the Valencia Region rose 1.8 per cent in the third quarter of 2013 compared to the previous quarter.
This is the second largest regional rise after the Balearic Islands (2 per cent) and is 0.7 per cent above the national average according to the National Statistics Institute. Property prices in the Murcia Region rose by 0.2 per cent.
