Partido Popular member and the stupid Tweet

A MEMBER of the conservative Partido Popular’s ‘New Generations’ roused controversy on Twitter with a tweet about abortion. 

Pedro Gutierrez, a member of the ‘Nuevas Generacions’ in Badajoz, had to apologise and remove the tweet in which he had said: “I don’t care if your boyfriends beat you with a stick to cause an abortion as long as it doesn’t come out of my money.”

In his apology he said he didn’t intend to promote gender violence.
