Spain are still top of the table
European and World champions Spain have kept their place at the top of the FIFA rankings.
FIFA, football’s international governing body, has published the latest list of where nations stand.
Within the top five there has been no change of position, with Spain still leading the way, with Germany, Argentina, Portugal and Colombia in their wake.
Uruguay have moved up to sixth place, swapping places with Switzerland, while Belgium have entered the top 10 at the expense of the Netherlands, who have been moved to the 11th spot.
The Netherlands are the highest ranked out of Spain’s World Cup 2014 group stage opponents, with Chile at 15th.
FIFA are set to release the next update on April 10.
