The Museo Casa Ibañez in Olula del Rio has been awarded a grant.
The Provincial Government of Almeria has awarded a grant of €30,000 to the Museo Casa Ibañez in Olula del Rio.
The government will act as a partner in both the running costs of the museum and participate in the organisation of exhibitions throughout the year.
President, Gabriel Amat, said “we continue our collaboration this year with the Museum as we understand it is one of the main cultural references in the province of Almeria, with activities of both quality and importance such as the course organised with Antonio Lopez which has international repercussions.”
In this sense, the government has participated in the Second Course of Realism and Figuration for painters taking place this week with pupils from around the world having the opportunity to learn from Master Artist, Antonio Lopez as well as Andres Garcia Ibáñez.
