R&R for Neymar in Ibiza

Brazilian footballer Neymar is currently resting and holidaying in Ibiza, Spain with his girlfriend Bruna Marquezine after injuring his back during the World Cup quarter-final against Colombia.

Complete with a spinal support brace Neymar who is also a striker for FC Barcelona has chosen Spain to enjoy the beaches of Ibiza with his girlfriend to end his final rehabilitation programme.

Despite having to wear the spinal support brace throughout his recuperation Neymar has been photographed sunbathing, swimming and enjoying the Spanish weather not allowing the brace or injury to cause too much unsettlement to his holiday.

Fans and people also on holiday in Formentera have taken the opportunity when on the same beaches as Neymar to well wish and capture ‘selfies’ with the international footballer on their cameras and smartphones.

Neymar now set to link up with new striker Luis Suarez at Barcelona, is reported to be in the formation of a new partnership with the Uruguayan,  with talisman Lionel Messi playing the No 10 role. Neymar signed for Barcelona last summer going on to score nine goals in 26 La Liga appearances.

In a recent press interview after the injury Neymar broke down in tears revealing wheelchair fears, that he has since overcome with a rigorous rest and recuperation programme and is due to return to football in the coming weeks.
