Towering no fear now

The current rage for taking ‘extreme selfies’ has reached dizzying new heights. Three Hong Kong students have defied both authorities and gravity by scaling the top of Hong Kong’s fifth highest building, The Centre. Posting their exploits on YouTube, the video by daredevil´s Andrew Tso and Daniel Lau has now garnered over half a million hits since being first released online.

Using a ‘selfie stick’ mounted with a camera fitted with a wide-angle lens to capture the stomach churning footage, Daniel is perched on the pinnacle of the 1,135 foot skyscraper whilst his friends sit at his feet eating bananas and smiling for the camera. Daniel then carefully pans the camera around revealing the stomach churning panorama of Hong Kong far below.

Euro Weekly News does not endorse the reckless disregard for their own safety that Daniel and his chums exhibit, we do however applaud their sheer brass neck in taking this video. Watch it now before it becomes last week’s news.
