Bear with me, I’m going for a pint!

PASSING a tethered dog, who’s patiently waiting for their owner to return from a quick ‘bevvie’ at the local, appears to be a perfectly normal occurrence, until upon closer inspection the devoted dog actually turns out to be a 6ft black bear.

The bear, who was happily tied up to a lamppost, was caught on camera by terrified tourists in the town of Càrcer near Valencia, whilst the owner however was getting drunk inside a local bar across the street.

The unlikely duo, had been taking part in the Moors & Christians celebrations, as a dancing bear act when bad weather interrupted the parade.

FAADA, the animal rights group, is considering action against the animal tamer, as it’s not the first time the man has been caught leaving the bear whilst he goes to his local!
