Roar with pride and be a lion

MEMBERS of Torrevieja Costa Lions Club took some time out from their monthly business meeting for a photo shoot by the pool terrace at Hotel Cabo Cervera.

There was a brief moment when there was a rumour they were being set up for an Ice Bucket Challenge, however thankfully for members the rumour was unfounded.

Lion Secretary Tom Antrobus said new members are welcome: “Lions are ordinary people who do extraordinary things.” Under the banner of Lions Clubs International they help those most in need in the community and in the event of international catastrophe, they help provide food, shelter and assistance where needed.
