Missing person appeal

MISSING Roise Broadwell

THE concerned family of a local lady missing from Quesada since mid-September is asking Euro Weekly News readers for their help.

Rosemary Broadwell, known as Rosie, has been missing since September 15 when she was given a lift into Quesada town centre at around 11am.

Rosie is a popular and well-known personality in and around Quesada, Doña Pepa and of recent years San Miguel de Salinas. She is 76 years of age, 4ft 8″ tall and is a fit, well and able-bodied lady. Rosie is slim and has short blonde hair with red/purple high-lights. She has a tattoo of a tiny coloured lizard on her foot and another of a dolphin on her right shoulder. Another distinguishing feature is that Rosie always has perfectly manicured finger nails.

Rosie was regularly seen driving her white Renault Twingo car, which has gold flash stripes on each side. However, the car is not missing as she was not driving herself on the day she disappeared. For many years locals will have seen Rosie walking her two Shih Tzu dogs, Mollie and Benji. When they both passed away recently Rosie bought a white Bichon/Maltese Terrier called Alfie (Alfie was not with her on the 15th).

The Guardia Civil are aware that Rosie has gone missing and are actively looking for her. The family is urging readers to think back to the morning of September 15, or to any time you think you may have seen Rosie recently. Anyone who has any information can contact the Guardia Civil immediately or Roisie’s daughter Cheryl Webster on 0044 79 8350 3710.
