Plenty of events at Da Bruno

THE Da Bruno Restaurant group has been giving you the finest Italian cuisine for 20 years and looks set to continue to grow.

 Bruno and Giuseppina Filippone, founders of Da Bruno Restaurant, offer an extensive menu selection to suit most palates, and with a seating capacity of 400 at Da Bruno Sul Mare, it is ideal for both corporate events and family celebrations.

Throughout 2014 there has been an array of special events to enjoy, such as four string quartet concerts, with both classical and modern themes, as well as the Jornadas de la seta, the ‘mushroom day’.

Their delicious menu includes dishes prepared with the best seasonal mushrooms available. Da Bruno Group offer innovative recipes with both amazing taste and pristine presentation, always experimenting and creating wonderful new dishes. This is the fifth consecutive year that Da Bruno has hosted the gourmet mushroom day, with the gastronomic talents of the Da Bruno chefs bringing you outstanding dishes of the highest quality. With so many varieties of mushrooms available, some star dishes include the sautéed mushrooms with garlic and white wine, wild mushroom risotto with Parmesan, entrecôte of white veal with wild mushroom cream and taglierini or tagliatelle “Di Aldo” with laminated mushrooms (boletus) and demi-glace sauce and cream, among many others.

Upcoming events on October 18, November 27 and 18 December 18 offer three spectacular Opera nights with sopranos Claudia Sierra, Laura Sánchez, Francisco Javier Barrientos and tenor Pedro Barrientos; the perfect opportunity for an evening indulging in good company, great music and excellent cuisine.

Furthermore, acclaimed violinist Quike Navarro and his quartet will be performing in the forthcoming months; something not to be missed!

Other events at Da Bruno include: the Italian gastronomic week, essential for those with a passion for Italian cooking. Taste the best pasta dishes and learn the secrets of Italian cuisine, accompanied by international singer Rino Lombardi; nostalgic nights offer dinner with the best atmosphere and live music from the 60s, 70s and 80s for the perfect trip down memory lane; experience the German tradition of the legendry St Martin Goose at Goose Night; soul night with international showman MrMaph; tango night offers a unique dance show and last but not least the great American song book evening with the voices of Sinatra, Michael Buble and many more.
