Chef on tour

IBEROSTAR Hotels and Resorts on Mallorca, aim to bring the best Spanish cuisine to their customers.

The ‘Iberostar Chef on Tour 2014-2015’ is a programme which will see 16 renowned chefs cook 20 exclusive dinners for guests in a selection of five star Iberostar resorts in Mallorca, the Canary Islands, Mexico, Dominican Republic and Cuba over the next year.

Each of the 16 chefs will travel to hotel areas in the chain in order to develop a unique menu tailored to each destination for diners to taste the best of the Spanish cuisine paired with the best international wines.

The tour comes to Mallorca in February 2015 when the Iberostar Play de Muro Village in Playa de Muro, Alcudia, will host chef Andoni Luis Aduriz. It will then be at the Iberostar Royal Cristina Aparthotel in Playa de Palma in August 2015 with chef Paco Moralesis.
