A NEW mobile phone application designed both for iOS and Android will provide information about Nerja Caves.
A representative of the Provincial Government Office said that the new app includes general information about the cave in four different languages (Spanish, English, French and German), as well as descriptions of the different spaces, schedules, prices, facilities, information about the Nerja Museum, cultural heritage and a link to buy tickets directly from the app.
It also contains a virtual guide which completes the information provided by the person in charge of the visit and can be useful for those visitors that suffer from hearing impairment.
The representative also said, that a new free wifi connection was made available in Plaza de los Descubridores, where the entrance to the cave can be found, with the purpose of allowing the visitors to download the app before accessing the Caves.
The application was created by Vloo Solutions, the same company that developed the audio guides for the caves and it is included in the initiatives related to promoting the 55th anniversary of the discovery of Nerja Caves.
