New service: former pediatric clinic will be turned to day-care centre.
LA HERRADURA will soon enjoy the opening of a new day-care centre for senior citizens.
Conceived to improve the quality of life of La Herradura’s senior community, the new centre will offer stimulation workshops for Alzheimer patients, and others aimed at helping them with their physical health.
In addition, there will be workshops for self esteem improvement and social skills acquisition, amongst others.
The new service will be located in Calle Alhambra, and had a budget of more than €12,000.
Those interested can register at the Civic Centre, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, between 10am and 1pm.
