A taste of Indian cuisine

The Haweli Albir Indian Restaurant is a leading Indian restaurant in the area, run by a family with decades of experience in owning restaurants and cooking fantastic, authentic Indian food. Established for over seven years in Albir, it is a firm local favourite and when you visit you will quickly realise why.

The smell of exotic and seductive spices takes your imagination immediately to India as you walk in with mouth watering aromas which delight the senses.

You are greeted and warmly welcomed by the attentive staff as you settle down to peruse the extensive menu and its wide range of tantalising dishes.

If you think Indian food is too hot or too spicy for you, worry no more as at Haweli you choose the intensity of the taste which you want or can handle: soft, medium or hot. There is always a milder option, so children and delicate stomachs have no excuses not to try the dishes on offer.

For those struggling to decide between the baltis and bhunas, why not try their buffet menu. This incredibly popular buffet is on every Sunday, costing only €12.90 and available during lunchtime and in the evening, allowing you to sample a range of dishes.

Haweli’s menu is freshly cooked on site and includes a range of vegetarian dishes with all breads cooked in a traditional clay oven over hot coal.

The extensive restaurant can seat up to 200 people both inside and outside on the pleasant terraced area.  There is plenty of room for private parties and catered functions and a takeaway service is available if you wish to dine on restaurant quality foods in the comfort of their own home.

So, for a truly special Indian experience, why not try the Haweli Albir which is open seven days a week from 12.30-4.30pm for lunch and from 6.30pm till late.
