A MAN accused of stabbing his brother-in-law in Torrevieja has been jailed without bail.
The victim received eight stab wounds to his back, belly and head and died from his injuries. The alleged perpetrator, the owner of an Indian restaurant in the city, arrived at his brother-in-law’s house where they had an argument over an old family debt of €800.
In court he claimed he acted in self defence and does not remember stabbing him so many times, saying he would not have killed for €800.
