HMR VILLAS: The family team offer an honest and professional service.
IN 2006 Howard and Irene Roche started HMR Villa Services in Moraira, seeing a demand for high quality, professional and legal property management and rental services.
At the time many of their clients had been badly let down by a company that had collapsed after spending their rental income for that year, so Howard and Irene decided to set up their own business, basing it around a truly honest approach to the industry.
They have steadily grown to be one of the most regarded property management and rental companies in the area, with a growing client base in excess of 60 owners. They continue to provide a great service to existing and new clients alike.
Now, with the ongoing success of HMR Villa Services and the arrival of their son and daughter-in-law, Iain and Lucy, they recently decided to expand the business into the real estate sector. This is something they have over 12 years of experience in, having previously worked for a large international real estate company. The rebranded HMR Villas has seen that many agents do not provide the level of service, transparency and honesty that they should.
“We have heard so many times from clients that they have simply not been listened to when they are searching for their new home,” said Lucy. HMR Villas are providing a very personal service with the main emphasis based on the true requirements of the buyers, as Lucy continued: “We like to sit down and truly understand what the buyer wants, then find them appropriate properties to show them, this sounds basic, but it’s the most important part of the process!”
The quality of service does not stop with the buyer. Providing honest and realistic valuations for sellers is also a key part of their business: “Giving someone a valuation is always difficult as you are appraising their home, but we try to be as honest as possible, in the long run it doesn’t help the seller to sell their home if the price is over-inflated or they are blind to any works that need to be completed to enhance the sales potential. It’s very much still a buyer’s market and sellers need to understand this,” said Iain.
HMR Villas are currently running a promotion to encourage sellers to place their properties with them for sale. They are offering to pay legal fees (terms and conditions apply) upon sale of the property. They will also be offering a similar promotion to new buyers.
Howard said: “We welcome people to come and see us, have a coffee and a chat about their needs, whether it be sales, management or rental we will always provide a friendly, honest service.”
The office on the Ctra Moraira/Calpe by Plategetes beach is open Monday-Friday from 10am-1.30pm and from 2.30pm-5pm. Saturdays by appointment only.
