TORREVIEJA’S iconic white benches, nestled on the rocks by the sea, are celebrating 80 years in the city.
Now an integral part of the landscape around the Juan Aparicio promenade, the 10 benches, known as Las Rocas, have remained in place over the decades and are accustomed to the battering from the waves, the harsh blaze of the sun and offering a welcome break for visitors.
They are one of the most photographed sites in Torrevieja.
