Malaga women report father for cruelty

AN 88-year-old man was arrested in Malaga after his daughters accused him of cruelty and reported him to the police.

Policemen were called to a restaurant in the Pedregalejo district of Malaga City, where an aggressive man was reported to be causing problems.

Upon arrival, the officers found a group of women, the man’s wife, daughters and granddaughter, telling him off.

The two daughters reportedly told the policemen that their father had mistreated them for many years and had recently done the same with his granddaughter.

The man was arrested and his wife allegedly told the police that he had a cap gun at home, which they confiscated.

The two daughters later went to file an official report at the police station, stating that their mother had also suffered abuse from their father, who locals described as ill-tempered.
