Michelin stars to fill plates on Costa

MAYBE too many cooks spoil the broth but you can never have too many Michelin-starred chefs, as Marbella is likely to prove when it welcomes 11 of the prestigious culinary award-winners in March.

Two star-holder Dani Garcia hosts an event at his new premises at the Puente Romano hotel from March 7-10 with culinary geniuses Joan Roca, Elena Arzak, Quique Dacosta, Grant Achatz, Angel Leon, Andoni Luis Aduriz, Nandu Jubany, Ricard Camarena and Albert Adria invited to take part.

Although he will not be cooking, Ferran Adria will also be present on the first day of the event, during which each of the chefs will present two dishes.

On March 8 Dani Garcia and Pascal Barbot, who has three Michelin stars, will work together in a ‘four hands’ session, and the following night Grant Achatz will join the host.
