Riders invited for Mijas horseback tapas tour

THE fourth Equestrian Tapas Route in Mijas will be held on Saturday March 7 from midday in the Rio Gomenaro area.

The ride will leave the El Esparragal park and follow the river to Cerros del Aguila, where the first pit-stop will be at El Tapeito bar for a drink and tapa.

The group will then continue to La Alberquilla with another stop at the Peña Caballista before returning to El Esparragal.

The ride is expected to take approximately three hours and cover a distance of eight kilometers.

A drink and a tapa at the pit-stops will cost just €2 for both riders and others who wish to go along, and a bar will be set up at El Esparragal serving drinks and rice at the end of the ride.
