Visits to the new Pompidou Centre museum in Malaga city, due to open on Saturday March 28, will be free for ‘at least’ the first weekend.
During speeches at the Ifema Art Fair in Madrid, city mayor Francisco de la Torre and Pompidou general director Denis Berthomier said that the first temporary displays the museum plans to put on show include one on Joan Miró which will run from May to September and may include work by Picasso, and another called Simple Bodies dedicated to dance.
