Hotels in Mallorca get ready for Easter

THE hotel businesses of Mallorca are expected to reach up to 75 per cent of their total occupancy during the Easter holidays.

Eighty per cent of hotel establishments will be open during this festivity, according to Head of the Mallorca Hotel Federation (FEHM), Aurelio Vazquez.

“We are starting a great tourism season that we think is going to be accompanied by a great reduction in the unemployment rate,” said Mr Vazquez, who added that the amount invested in the improvement of Mallorca’s beach areas has no precedent in history.
