EL PLAYAZO in Nerja will receive a large financial boost to regenerate the beach and launch actions to combat climatic change.
Specifically, €800,000 will be spent in the area by the Environment Ministry of Spain, together with €219,000 spent by Malaga’s Provincial Council.
Two bridges are to be built: one above the Chillar River and the other above the Seco River.
The latest will have a length of 16.5 metres and a width of three metres and will count on a total budget of €62,000.
The one designed for the Chillar River will be 30 metres long and three metres wide, with a budget of €157,000.
Both are expected to be completed in a period of one month approximately.
