MALAGA City Police have caught a 32-year-old man they suspect stole at least 16 bicycles and sold them on to second-hand shops.
Investigators believe the alleged thief used special cutters to break through locks on parked bikes before using them to make his escape.
Officers discovered that the suspect had sold 16 bicycles at second-hand shops within a short period of time, 12 of which have been recovered and nine returned to their rightful owners.
