These ‘repainting works’ have been taking place during the past few weeks, according to mayor of the town, Francisco Salado.
Until now, Local Police have detected four pieces of furniture painted in gold: a public bench next to the Municipal Tourism Office, a rubbish bin in the Plaza de la Iglesia, a fountain and another rubbish bin in Plaza de la Constitucion and a children’s swing in the area of the promenade park.
The mayor of the town explained that spray paint was used and has called for citizens’ assistance to find the culprit.
