PALMA DE MALLORCA has been announced as the city with the third worst traffic congestion in Spain.
Palma has a 25 per cent level of traffic congestion, according to the Traffic Index report carried out by Tom Tom, which analysed the impact of traffic in 200 cities around the world during 2014.
The city was only beaten to the bottom by Barcelona, with the worst record, and Gran Canaria.
Palma has also been placed as the third worst city for traffic congestion specifically during the morning rush hour, with 35 per cent congestion.
