A NEW service has been launched in Benalmadena to tend to the needs of tourists from abroad.
The SATE (Attention to Foreign Tourists Service) on Avenida Antonio Machado 10, will be open to the public from Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm and provide services in English and German.
The service can be used by tourists to place official complaints, ask for humanitarian or psychological support, cancel credit cards, contact embassies and consulates, contact relatives abroad, report lost objects and receive safety and tourist information.
