SIXTY EIGHT per cent of workers in Spain are satisfied with their current working conditions according to a new international study.
The Randstad Workmonitor for the first three months of this year, created from more than 15,000 worldwide survey answers, revealed that the level of satisfaction amongst workers in Spain rose for the second time running.
Men (70 per cent) are reported to be more satisfied with their jobs than women (66 per cent), but in both cases the level of satisfaction was higher than that revealed in the previous study.
Education, health and financial services were the sectors that reported the highest satisfaction levels, while transport, communication and tourism reported the lowest.
The areas of the country with the most satisfied workers were Andalucia, Cataluña and Valencia, with percentages over 70 per cent in all three.
