AUTHORITIES have found the body of the 25-year-old Polish man who went missing on Tuesday in the area of La Torrecilla beach in Nerja.
National Police and Guardia Civil officers, with the support of a helicopter unit, have found the dead body amongst rocks.
It has been taken to the Legal Medicine Institute of Malaga, where forensics will perform the post mortem examination.
The Polish man had been spending a few days on holiday in the town and was supposed to go back to England, where he worked, on Saturday.
Apparently, the young man went for dinner with his girlfriend and friends to a restaurant and then had a walk around the promenade. For reasons still unknown, the man jumped from a walkway, tripped over a rock and fell from a 5-metre height.
