Nerja’s new car park almost completed

THE Burriana underground car park construction work will be completed in time for the summer holidays.

Town mayor, Jose Alberto Armijo, together with other council representatives announced the news during a visit to check on the work’s progress.

“It is satisfying to see yet another important project for the town being almost completed,” said the mayor.

According to the company in charge of the work, the car park will be ready to become operational by the end of May or beginning of June.

The Burriana will be the fourth underground car park in Nerja, together with the Balcon de Europa, Verano Azul and Pabellon Cubierto, and will now have an approximate 1,400 underground parking places.
